Avocado Recipes

The avocado is a berry, consisting of a single large seed surrounded by a buttery pulp. The fruit contains 3 to 30% oil. The avocado is rich in fats (mostly unsaturated), similar to olive oil; no cholesterol; also rich in dietary fiber. The avocado is also rich in vitamins (folacin, vit. A, B6, and C) and minerals.
