A: Marine Francoise Jeanne Dumas-Kostman
Q: Were you named after anyone?
A: after a character in a novel.
Q: Where were you born?
A: Marseille, France
Q: When did you arrive here?
A: 2 1/2 years ago, Aug. 1997
Q: What are your parent's names?
A: Francois and Monique Dumas
Q: What do you remember about the house you lived in?
A: We lived in an apartment and moved many times. I remember washing my dolls.
Q: What do you remember most about you childhood?
A: She thought adults were a bother, and couldn't wait to grow up.
Q: What is your background?
A: I studied Chinese in Paris. Then she traveled and worked in Asia.
Q: Tell me about your family?
A: I have the cutest kids in the world and I am proud of them.
Q: What are your family background, personal history (grandparents, great grandparents, relatives) and their roles in the community?
A: My mom and dad organized classical music festivals for 20 years.
Q: What previous professions have they had?
A: My dad belongs to the Rotary Club, and he is a very active member of his community.
